How can I access my applicant's CV?
There are three ways to receive an applicant’s CV when posting jobs on Patchwork Hub:
- If you are using Patchwork Hub’s candidate management system you will be able to access CVs on our platform itself when candidates apply for a job.
- If you are instead directing candidates to an external website, application requirements may vary.
- If you are directing candidate applications to an email address, you should receive candidate’s CVs via the email listed in your job advert, if you have requested this from applicants.
This article informs you how to access applicant's CVs when using Patchwork Hub's candidate management system (Option 1).
To access an applicant’s CV, first ensure that you’re logged in to Patchwork Hub on your employer account.
Go to your Employer Dashboard. You can access this by navigating to the drop-down menu in the top right corner of your screen and clicking your name. Once you’ve reached your dashboard, click on the Your Applicants box under actions in the list of your jobs (‘Your Applicants’ is at the top of the four boxes).
This will take you to a page listing all of the applicants for your jobs, which you can then filter by job. Here, you can click to view and download each applicant's CV by clicking on the file name under CV.
If you are having any issues accessing a candidate's CVs, you may want to reach out to the candidate directly to ask them to provide this again. If you are still having issues, please get in touch with the team to let us know.
